Eleanor is a Partner in our construction team.

She is an experienced construction lawyer who has a strong background in non-contentious construction law and has practised for over a decade.

Eleanor handles issues such as drafting development and security documentation, creating and amending contracts along with warranties, assignments and novations.

Eleanor has successfully dealt with projects involving diverse assets from mixed-use multi-storey towers and residential/commercial developments, to infrastructure works and education facilities.

She is actively involved with the Forum for the Built Environment (FBe) networking organisation and currently serves as the committee member responsible for the marketing and communications of the Liverpool branch.

She acts for funders, developers, housing associations, local authorities, contractors, tenants and educational institutions. She also advises retail tenants on construction security and related property issues concerned with acquisitions and disposals.
