Sarah Beer is a specialist Compulsory Purchase and Compensation lawyer. With her background as a property litigator, her keen interest in agriculture and property interests generally, and her expertise in Compulsory Purchase, she is ideally placed to advise land and property owners and occupiers on the legal and practical issues facing those in the path of infrastructure projects.

The majority of Sarah’s clients to date have been claimants impacted by the three phases of the HS2 Rail Project. Her family’s farming business in Warwickshire is severely impacted by phase 1 of the project and it was this that prompted the start of her work in this area of law in 2010. She also acts for claimants affected by other schemes across the country.

Sarah puts 100% into every case and strives to ensure that clients’ claims are heard and resolved as cost effectively as possible.
