Pinky is a Star Legal Solicitor who advises on and drafts Wills, ranging from simple family Wills to more complicated arrangements.  Areas in which she specialises include:

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Court of Protection applications and matters arising from loss of mental capacity, including applications for Deputyship appointments

Probate and the Administration of Estates.

Pinky started her legal career in Scotland and was admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland in 1979.

Having moved with her family to Chepstow, she joined the solicitors’ Practice of Evans & Ellis and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2001.
