Employment.

Julie is a Solicitor who provides high level employment law services including TUPE and due diligence support during M&A and insolvency exercises, boardroom change & director removals as well as strategic workforce planning and union negotiations.

Julie qualified as solicitor in her home city of Nottingham in 1995 and has always practiced as an employment lawyer, helping businesses with their HR and people issues.

She has spent most of her career in Bristol where for over 10 years she was a partner at Veale Wasbrough Vizards and headed up one of the largest employment teams in the South West.
