Daniel specialises in property and site development. He can advise clients on a variety of aspects in this area of law which include site acquisitions, planning applications, construction and disposals of residential plots and commercial units. Daniel works closely with developers, lenders and landowners who develop sites.

Daniel is also able to advise on a variety of residential property transactions, both freehold and leasehold.

Daniel joined Star Legal in September 2016 and commenced his training contract to become a Solicitor in 2018. Daniel is based in the Clevedon office of Star Legal and qualified as a Solicitor in 2019.
