During his career as a Solicitor, he has worked with major banks, national charities, international companies, local authorities, and developers and investors both in the UK and overseas.

Mark is an acknowledged expert in business landlord and tenant law and has written a number of articles and booklets on the subject.

Mark qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 and has specialised in property law ever since.
