Position
Jean has over 35 years of experience of family law in the West Midlands, and as a Higher Rights Advocate represents her clients personally in court as often as she can. She believes that when there are problems within a family everyone involved deserves a consistent approach, and the best informed advice to achieve a realistic outcome.
Career
Jean graduated in law from Cardiff University in 1978, and qualified as a solicitor in 1981. She has practised throughout the West Midlands in local government and in private practise, specialising in family law. She graduated from Bristol University with an LLM in 2008, and is a higher rights advocate and member of the Law Society's Children Panel.
