Commercial and Residential Property.

Tansy handles both commercial and residential property matters and has experience acting for clients which include institutional and private investors, commercial developers, retail tenants and owner-managed businesses.

Her particular specialisms include advising in relation to commercial landlord and tenant matters, management work for property investors and the acquisition and disposal of high value commercial and residential property.

After graduating from the University of Bristol with a Psychology honours degree, Tansy converted to law and completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. Tansy trained and worked in the City of London for 7 years at international law firm K&L Gates LLP before joining Pinkerton Leeke & Co (which is now part of Star Legal) in January 2014.
