Tom is routinely instructed by landlords and managing agents to advise on rights and remedies in matters ranging from recovery of service charges, forfeiture (residential as well as commercial), breach of covenants and injunctive relief.

Tom has extensive experience in the following areas:

• Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including service charge, breach of covenant and trespass. • Injunctions – including trespass and breach of covenant • First-tier Tribunal cases – service charge, breach of covenant. • Cases within the County Court, High Court and Business & Property Court. • Advising on complex disputes, especially those relating to large and mixed-use schemes.
