Adrian has specialised in commercial property work since qualifying in 1993, working for both landlords and tenants in relation to all aspects of commercial leases, as well as buyers and sellers of businesses and banks and borrowers in secured lending transactions.

Adrian is particularly keen to provide advice that is tailored to a client’s particular needs and always seeks to understand the commercial and business needs of a client at the outset of any transaction. He works in the Commercial Conveyancing department at both our Guildford and London offices.
