Immigration Lawyer

Rosy is an experienced lawyer with demonstrated experience having practiced exclusively in immigration law since 2009 and advising on all aspects of immigration.

She started her career in immigration law assisting mostly asylum seekers and their family members in asylum applications and appeals. She assisted vulnerable adults, as well as asylum seeking children. She gained extensive experience in immigration matters involving individuals in detention (ranging from bail applications to deportation).

From 2016, Rosy shifted her focus to business immigration, as well as particularly complex human rights cases and is often called to assist clients whose circumstances involve both business immigration aspects as well as human rights.

At Westkin Associates, Rosy has been instructed in several high-profile matters, including Royals and prominent political figures. She normally takes on cases where something has previously gone wrong (previous incorrect legal advice, erroneous refusals etc), in order to think “outside the box” and consider any possible avenue for the client’s best interest.

English and Italian

Rosy is regulated at the highest (level 3) by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner. She also has JRCM status, which means she is qualified to carry out Judicial Review work.

Rosy studied at the Faculty of Law in Milan and gained work experience in the same city working for several law firms dealing in family law as well as international law before relocating to the UK in 2009.
