John Workman

Senior Partner at BPE and part of the company's Corporate team, John has over 35 years' of experience in corporate law, having also held roles in industry both as a lawyer and in management.

John specialises in mergers, acquisitions, disposals and share incentive schemes. He works alongside all members of the Corporate team, training and encouraging personal development at all levels. 

He works alongside entrepreneurial regional businesses, national companies and other professional service providers. John guides clients through the life cycle of their businesses, assisting with their growth, development, funding and exit. His clients include Mears Group plc, Spectrum Medical, Creed Food Services, Future Advanced Manufacture and Location Sciences Group plc.
