Senior Associate in BPE’s Construction and Engineering team. Her practice is primarily non-contentious construction, but she is also regularly consulted by clients in respect of dispute resolution.

Anna’s client base is a sector wide mix including regional contractors, specialist sub-contractors, nationally regarded architects, national leisure sector brands, social housing providers, GPs, banks and other funders. These clients range from SMEs to PLCs. In addition to full development procurement advice, she is regularly engaged to provide due diligence to lenders and tender support to contractors and consultants. Projects are usually of the £7m-£10m range, although many are significantly larger.
