Position
Partner and Head of BPE's Commercial team, Iain specialises in advising mid-market and SME companies on high-value and complex commercial contracts, particularly those with an international element.
He advises clients on their trading contracts, terms and conditions and manufacturing and supply chains, how to protect and exploit their intellectual property, as well as advising on partnership and LLP agreements, and regulatory issues such as data protection and competition law.
Iain has worked on transactions valued in excess of £1bn, spanning North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and the likes of South Africa and Australia.
His clients include such well-known brands as Mears Group, Interserve, Gloucester Rugby, MandM Direct, Pure Gym, WeBuyAnyCar.com, Cotswold Outdoor, L3 Technologies, Motorcycle Live, Agria Pet Insurance and the Open Data Institute.
