Career
Kam is a senior serious injury solicitor in Thompsons' national personal injury team. He is based in one of Thompsons' London offices, representing individuals injured across South East England.
Kam qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has handled personal injury claims for most of his legal career. Kam has specialised in cases involving the most serious injuries since 2016.
Kam deals with the whole spectrum of catastrophic and serious injury cases. He has acted for numerous clients involved in workplace injuries, road traffic collisions, victims of assault and assisting bereaved families seeking justice following the death of a loved one.
Kam’s clients have often suffered orthopaedic injuries, head and brain injuries with continuing symptoms and a threat of epilepsy, spinal cord injuries, limb amputations, and those that are life-changing and catastrophic. Kam provides invaluable help, support and guidance to clients and their families throughout what can be a very traumatic time.
Kam aims to help clients who have been seriously injured and to ensure that they receive the rehabilitation and assistance that they need to get their lives back on track. He provides support and guidance throughout the legal process of claiming compensation and litigates early where necessary to get the right result for the client.
He is passionate about building strong relationships with his clients. Kam understands the importance of early rehabilitation to achieve the best possible recovery and maximising compensation.

Kam is a fluent Punjabi speaker and has acted for numerous clients where English is not their first language.
