Leontia undertook her training with Thompsons NI, qualifying from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies with a Distinction in October 2022. Leontia has remained with Thompsons NI following her training contract and is currently working in both the Personal Injury/Industrial Disease department and Employment Rights department.

Leontia undertook her undergraduate degree in Law with Criminology in Ulster University, graduating in 2015 with a 2.1. During her studies, Leontia studied in the University of Firenze (Florence, Italy) as part of the Erasmus Scheme for academic year 2012-13.
