Anna heads the banking and finance team. She specialises in banking and acquisition finance, acting for many of the major UK clearing banks and a number of corporate borrowers. 

Anna advises clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters including real estate finance, development finance, healthcare lending, syndicated and bilateral borrowing and structured finance.
