Steven specialises in acting for housebuilders and developers dealing with residential development sites.

He is experienced in dealing with land acquisitions, land disposals, strategic land options, promotion agreements, affordable housing and long-term development projects. He is also experienced in dealing with funding arrangements for development site acquisitions.

Steven helped to launch the Residential Development team that Gateley has in its Leeds office and more recently its Nottingham Residential Development team.  Prior to joining Gateley in 2013, he worked at two established Yorkshire law firms following his qualification in 2007.

Steven enjoys spending time with his family, especially his young son, and also enjoys watching Leeds Rhinos.
