Rachel provides a wide range of pensions legal advice to both employers and trustees of occupational pension schemes. She has worked on issues ranging from employers funding obligations under the Pensions Act 2004 to extensive drafting work consolidating schemes’ deeds and rules.

Rachel is also a director of Entrust, a company which acts as trustee of ongoing and winding-up schemes.
