Family

Diane founded Benussi & Co in 1993.  She set up the West Midlands branch of the Solicitors Family Law Association (now known as Resolution) of which she was chairman for 3 years.  She is a past President of Birmingham Law Society and former chairman of lobby group Birmingham Forward.

Diane is a published author "How not to get Divorced at Christmas".  She has her own blog (described by The Lawyer as "worth a read") and is a regular broadcaster on television and radio and contributor to publications including The Financial Times.
