Family

Lucy has practiced in family law since 2006, beginning her career as a paralegal at Benussi & Co.

She then qualified and spent several years at a niche litigation practice, developing a new family law department, before returning to Benussi & Co in 2014. She has significant experience dealing with intractable contact disputes and parental alienation matters, as well as financial cases involving the protection of business assets.
