Helen Jane specialises in family law with a focus on UHNW cases particularly those involving trusts or the variation of post nuptial settlements.  Helen Jane joined Benussi & Co in 1999 and is a legal director. She is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer known for her consideration, thoughtfulness and attention to detail, described by Legal 500 as "outstanding" and "a very safe pair of hands".
