Karen Davidson  – Brodies LLP

Brodies LLP is active on the full range of tax matters, from advising on large-scale corporate transactions, business restructurings and real estate deals, to handling complex government agency claims and investigations. The firm also possesses a strong private equity and asset manager offering, regularly advising on the tax aspects of fund formation and management issues as well as the deployment of capital. The experience of team head Isobel d’Inverno ensures the group is sought out by high-profile real-estate clients which rely on her property tax knowledge, often advising on the structuring of inbound investments from a growing roster of international corporates. Karen Davidson‘s far-reaching tax practice, that spans real estate, employment and corporate tax advice, is particularly concentrated on private equity transactions, and Alan Barr is a key contact for the firm’s roster of private wealth clients. Bob Langridge is crucial to the firm’s fund tax work.
