Position
Fiona provides commercial, strategic and pragmatic advice on all aspects of employment law. Her general advisory practice includes assisting employers with complex disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies and reorganisations, covenant enforceability, contractual variations and executive on-boarding/terminations.
She has a wealth of experience in advising employees in Aberdeen who are facing redundancy and provides legal advice in relation to Settlement Agreements and unfair dismissal claims.
Fiona also represents clients in the Employment Tribunal, manages large scale projects (including multi-jurisdiction exercises) and handles the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
