Chris specialises in UK real estate finance including housing finance. He also advises on healthcare and education finance and regularly provides Scots law advice in relation to securitisation transactions, bond issues, private placements and other structured transactions.
His clients include a range of leading banks and investors active in the real estate investment and development market as well as property companies and housing providers.
