David advises on all corporate matters, with a focus on business sales and purchases, investments, joint ventures and restructurings – often with an international element.

His clients range from individual business owners to AIM and main market listed plcs. He has spent time working in-house, on secondment to the M&A function of a major global bank, overseeing the legal aspects of strategic corporate transactions.
