For example, Rachel deals with overage agreements, conditional contracts, licences, easements, options, promotion agreements and wayleaves.  Rachel has specialisms dealing with property in the rail industry and the holiday sales industry.  Rachel also deals with associated residential property transactions and is accredited by the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
