Amy is a managing associate in Ogier's top-tier Corporate team in Jersey. Named a Legal 500 Rising Star, Amy advises on a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions with a focus on real estate holding structures and borrower side finance transactions involving companies, limited partnerships and Jersey property unit trusts. Her practice also includes downstream private equity and joint venture transactions, as well as non-contentious corporate restructuring. Amy has more than 10 years' experience advising clients on all aspects of Jersey corporate and finance law. She regularly works alongside onshore counsel to advise public and private funds and other entities. Amy has been involved in a number of high profile deals, including acting as Jersey legal counsel on the £1.6 billion acquisition of Battersea Power Station, the most expensive single asset property deal in UK history, and advising a long-term private equity client on its £162 million disposal of the Sterling portfolio of property assets to Westbrook. Amy joined Ogier as a bursary student in 2006 and started her training as an English solicitor with the firm in December 2009. She qualified as an English solicitor in December 2011 and was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in January 2015. Education

Amy received an LLB with Honours from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2007 and was awarded her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice with distinction at the College of Law in Guildford in 2009.
