Rebecca's practice covers all aspects of dispute resolution, in particular contentious trusts, cross border insolvency and restructuring, property disputes, investigations (regulatory and internal) and insurance related disputes. She regularly advises local and international clients in complex actions often involving multiple parties in multiple jurisdictions from pre-litigation through to trial. Rebecca's work highlights include: - advising the Viscount of the Royal Court of Jersey on all matters relating to the desastres (bankruptcy) of a local GP and Jersey incorporated company, related proceedings before the English High Court, described by the Court as being of "labyrinthine complexity", and the realisation of assets following trial in the English proceedings in 2021 - The Serious Fraud Office & Anor v Litigation Capital Limited & ors [2021] EWHC 1272 (Comm) - in collaboration with Ogier's Corporate and Banking teams, advising a leading real estate provider in respect of its administration and related cross border issues - advising a high profile UHNW client in respect of freezing and other interim orders obtained against him in aid of enforcement of a foreign judgment - in collaboration with Ogier's Private Wealth team, advising the trustees of a Jersey law trust in relation to the complex restructuring of substantial trust assets - in collaboration with Ogier's Local Legal Services team, acting on behalf of a UHNW client in respect of judicial review proceedings brought against the Minister for the Environment - WE (Jersey) Limited v Minister for the Environment [2022] JRC044 - advising a HNW client in respect a construction dispute concerning a substantial residential development and multiple related professional negligence claims Rebecca was shortlisted in the 2025 Citywealth Powerwomen Awards (International) in the Champion of the Year category. Education

Rebecca qualified as an English Solicitor in 2005 and was called to the Jersey Bar as an Advocate in January 2017. She studied at the Instiut d'Etudes Politiques in Aix-en-Provence and Law with French in Manchester where she trained and worked with a large UK firm before moving to Jersey in 2008.
