Position

Bryony specialises in debt capital markets and structured finance transactions for a range of clients including global financial institutions, private equity firms and issuers.

She has acted on a number of transactions with leading law firms in London which include high-yield and private placement issuances, securitisations and the issue of convertible bonds.

Bryony has extensive experience in listing securities on The International Stock Exchange including high-yield bonds, asset-backed securities and variable funding notes.

She has also advised on a range of banking and finance deals involving Jersey vehicles.

Career

Bryony joined the structured finance team in 2012 and was sworn in as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2013.

Education

Bryony studied English at the University of Exeter and The College of William and Mary in Virginia before completing her GDL and LPC at The College of Law in London.
