Position
Kyle is a partner in the firm's Bermuda office with extensive experience in regulatory and compliance law, internal and external risk mitigation, corporate governance, enforcement actions and business strategy.
He has appeared as an advocate in the Bermuda Supreme Court and Court of Appeal undertaking a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation. He has particular expertise on regulatory matters including telecommunications and energy law, employment law, and general corporate disputes.
