Tiffy is a cousel in Carey Olsen's corporate, M&A and finance team in Hong Kong where she advises our Asia and PRC-based clients on a wide variety of offshore corporate transactional matters.

Tiffy’s legal practice focuses on commercial and corporate finance transactions, including Hong Kong and US-based initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary securities offerings, restructurings (including schemes of arrangement), mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, fund-raising and fund finance transactions for both public and private companies, and other general corporate instructions.

Tiffy has acted for a broad range of corporations and financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific region with particular experience in acting for China-based issuers and strategic acquirers.
