Jasmine is a partner in Carey Olsen's corporate practice, based in London.

Jasmine advises on both BVI and Cayman Islands corporate law and has significant experience in investment funds and corporate and finance matters, including fund formation, fund financing, general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements as well as group reorganisations and restructurings. She also advises investment and private equity funds on distressed situations.

Jasmine regularly advises Indian companies and clients, as well as those looking to make foreign investments into India.
