Will specialises in commercial property transactons and regulatory matters. Particular areas of practice include real estate acquisitions and disposals (including leasehold structures) and advising on construction and development projects.

Will also advises on local property financing transactions (both commercial and residential).

Will acts for a number of international investors, local businesses and financial institutions, on a broad range of commercial property transactions. He is regularly instructed on commercial real estate financing transactions, and provides local procurement, planning and regulatory advice on development and construction projects.  Will also advises on property aspects of corporate acquisitions including due diligence reviews and reports on property interests.

Will joined Carey Olsen in 2005 and was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia, in 2006. He was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2019.
