Widely regarded as a leading lawyer for the banking and finance industry, Tristan has extensive experience advising local and international finance institutions on real estate finance, Sharia compliant finance, leveraged finance, restructuring and security enforcement matters.

Tristan joined Carey Olsen from another leading offshore firm where he was a group partner in the banking and finance practice, having previously spent six years in Carey Olsen's Jersey team. Prior to this Tristan was in the banking, finance and restructuring team at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in London.
