Insolvency and Corporate Disputes

Quentin is a Senior Associate in the Insolvency and Corporate Disputes team in Guernsey.

Quentin specialises in complex commercial litigation with a focus on financial services, insolvency and regulatory disputes.  Whilst on secondment working in-house in the litigation team of a large global bank, he dealt with a variety of commercial disputes.  He regularly advises clients on a variety of commercial disputes, including those involving contracts, debt recovery, insolvency and professional negligence. He has a particular interest in cross-border litigation and freezing orders.

Trained and qualified at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP (now Dentons) in Edinburgh 2010-2012; Brodies LLP 2014-2017; Collas Crill LLP 2017-present; seconded to RBS litigation team in 2016
