Associate

Fiona is an associate who works across both our Corporate and Restructuring and Insolvency teams.

Fiona specialises in advising family-owned and owner-managed businesses, dealing with the full spectrum of corporate work including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, franchise re-sales, the implementation of shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements, joint ventures, reductions of share capital, share buybacks, employee incentive schemes, group restructuring exercises and corporate advice specific to succession planning.

As part of her corporate restructuring and insolvency law practice Fiona assists Gordon Hollerin in advising administrators, liquidators and creditors on restructuring and insolvency processes, directors of their duties and obligations in insolvency situations as well as advising on pre-pack administrations.
