He is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Insolvency Law and ranked in the UK’s leading legal directories in Restructuring/Insolvency, Insolvency and Corporate Recovery. He is noted for having a strong reputation in the market, he is known as “an expert in the personal insolvency field”, sources note “James Lloyd is the best man in Scotland for this work.”
