Jacqui has over 25 years’ experience of dealing with all aspects of property finance and commercial property transactions. She is also one of the main contacts for the firm’s banking clients for general banking advice, lending and secured recoveries.

Jacqui leads on commercial property finance within the Banking & Finance team, advising on property backed security documentation for both banks and financial institutions and borrower clients across a wide range of industry sectors including healthcare, renewables, food and drink and agriculture.

She is particularly valued by clients for her transaction management, ensuring the desired timescales and outcomes are delivered.

Jacqui is regularly involved in acting on the Scots Law aspects of multi jurisdictional transactions both for funders and large corporate clients. She has also drafted and updated standard form lending and security documentation for many lenders operating in the UK market.
