Jennifer Grosvenor

Position

Jennifer provides advice on a wide range of contentious matters to public and private sector clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. She also regularly represents clients in the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing & Property Chamber) and the Lands Tribunal for Scotland. Her experience extends to representing clients in mediation and advising clients on alternative dispute resolution. She provides tailored advice to clients, depending on their specific needs and requirements, on the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to their issues.

Jennifer’s practice has a particular property litigation focus. She regularly acts for clients in a diverse range of property related disputes, including complex commercial and residential landlord/tenant, access, neighbourhood and title condition disputes. Jennifer often assists clients in obtaining interim orders in relation to urgent matters to protect a client’s position.

In addition to her property practice, she has a varied caseload. Her experience extends to advising clients in complex contractual disputes, professional negligence, contentious executry and consumer claims. She is also able to advise clients on the most appropriate and cost-effective enforcement and debt recovery action that can be adopted after a court order has been granted.
