Kirsten has specialised in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2003. She joined Barcan+Kirby in 2007 and was promoted to partner in 2018.  She manages a varied caseload assisting clients with all aspects of relationship breakdown with a particular focus on the financial impacts of separation.  She has a strong emphasis on client care and aims to help clients find an effective and constructive way forward that works for them.  She is the secretary for Bristol Resolution and advocates a non-confrontational approach where possible.
