Sara Branch is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate team. Her practice focuses on commercial property work with a particular emphasis on the acquisition and development of large and complex mixed use sites for registered providers, private developers and pension funds. She also has extensive experience in shopping centre development and management and other landlord and tenant matters.
Sara acts for her registered provider clients on their more complex projects involving multi party joint ventures, profit-sharing arrangements, development and construction documents, tax structures to accommodate tax savings as well as covering all fundamental planning and construction issues.

Before joining the firm, Sara was Of Counsel at Orrick’s London office.
