Dearbhla is a leading corporate lawyer and specialises in UK and cross-border corporate finance and M&A transactions for both public and private companies.
She has experience across a broad range of sectors and has significant expertise in advising companies at all stages of the business cycle in the natural resources (including mining, oil and gas), renewable energy, healthcare and real estate sectors, as well as early stage businesses in the technology sector.
She has over 20 years of experience working with clients on IPOs and secondary offerings of shares on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange as well as transactions involving the premium and standard segments of the Main Board of London. Dearbhla also advises on private offerings of shares, venture capital, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
Dearbhla consistently is ranked in the leading legal directories. The Lawyer previously named Dearbhla as one of their ‘Hot 100’ lawyers and she is a recommended lawyer in both The Legal 500 and Chambers UK Guide, where she is a Band 3 Ranked Lawyer for her work on capital markets matters. IFLR 2018 recognised Dearbhla as a leading equity capital markets lawyer.

Prior to joining Forsters in 2020 Dearbhla spent her career working for City and international law firms (including 13 years in the London offices of US law firms).
