Career
Andrew is Head of Forsters’ Commercial Real Estate team.
He works principally on commercial real estate transactions. He specialises in development, mainstream investment and occupier work.
Andrew advises Consolidated Developments (one of Central London’s leading privately backed mixed use developers) and leads their project in St Giles Circus, Denmark Street London WC2.
His other clients include Autotrader, Kennedy Wilson, Brookshire Capital, H.R. Owen, CBRE Global Investors (Ardstone UK Regional Office Fund), Dwyer Property and Investra Capital.
Andrew was articled at Frere Cholmeley and qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. He joined Forsters in 1998, and became a Partner in 2003. Andrew is a ranked lawyer in the current edition of The Legal 500.
