Career
As a Partner in the Corporate team at Forsters, Naomi specialises in both corporate and commercial work.
She has particular expertise in acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations, joint ventures and both shareholder and partnership arrangements. Her work often includes an international element. In addition, Naomi is part of our Hotels team and advises on hotel management agreements, as well as regularly providing commercial advice on contractual arrangements ranging from terms and conditions and supply agreements to distribution arrangements in the domestic sphere.
Her clients are wide-ranging and include corporates, family offices, start-ups and entrepreneurs, funds, high net worth individuals, property companies and hotel owners and operators.
Combining her general commercial acumen with specific knowledge about corporate and commercial law and market practice, Naomi’s advice is always on-point, relevant and practical. Her proactive and thoughtful approach ensures that matters are dealt with in a considered manner and she is valued by clients for her responsiveness, approachability and clarity.
