Jeremy has extensive experience of advising both UK domestic and international clients on all aspects of personal taxation, corporate and trust structuring, and family governance.

He works closely with UK entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and their families on capital taxation and succession planning.

Jeremy has particular expertise in advising individuals on the different structuring options available when purchasing UK residential and commercial property and their tax implications.

His areas of expertise also include UK and offshore tax planning (including advising on issues of domicile and the application of the UK statutory residence rules), creating and advising on the tax treatment of excluded property trusts and trust administration.

Jeremy’s practice includes family office work (both in terms of supporting existing family offices and working with clients to develop and build family offices). He also specialises in providing family governance advice to both UK and international clients, which includes putting in place private trust company structures and working with families to prepare family charters and other governance documents.
