Career

Natasha has experience in all areas of property litigation with particular expertise in residential disputes and leasehold enfranchisement.

She was the lead lawyer for the successful residents on the Supreme Court appeal, Fearn and others (Appellants) v Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery (Respondent). For further details on this case please read here. She also acted for the leaseholders in the leading enfranchisement cases known as Aggio and Sportelli.

She advises and acts for estates, charities, commercial landlords and management companies primarily in London. She also acts for both landlords and tenants in relation to enfranchisement claims and enfranchisement related litigation including professional negligence claims.

Natasha is recognised in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame and as a Band 1 Ranked Lawyer in Chambers UK Guide 2023. She is noted for her "great expertise" and is described as "very focused, and always calm and collected."

She joined Forsters from Pinsent Masons in 2001, became a Partner in 2008 and was elected as Senior Partner in September 2022.

Natasha is on the contributory board of the Property Law Journal and regularly speaks at conferences and seminars on residential property litigation and enfranchisement.
