Zo has over 20 years' experience in real estate and projects, working on a full range of commercial property matters. Her specialism is development within the public sector and Zo has acted on several major high profile regeneration projects for local and central government. Clients welcome her collaborative nature, project management skills and sector knowledge. Zo also sits on the firm's International Group with responsibility for APAC & CIS.

Career

Zo is a real estate partner specialising in regeneration projects for government clients. Working on major regeneration projects and town centre re-developments she is working at the heart of the socially valuable work we do as a firm. Zo also advises private developers and investors and has experience in renewable energy projects.

Zo is passionate about regeneration and clients welcome her collaborative nature, project management skills and sector awareness. She has advised numerous local authorities on re-developments, joint ventures, housing led and mixed use schemes and leads large multi-disciplinary teams to service major projects. Recently developing a practice in electric vehicle and renewable energy projects with others across the firm, she likes to stay at the cutting edge of society’s issues and is driven to achieve the best for her clients.

Zo is also a Director of England China Business Forum, and as part of the International Board, looks after Browne Jacobson’s relationships with APAC firms.
