Health Advisory and Litigation

Lucy is a Senior Associate working in the Birmingham office.  She works in the Medical Protection Society team handling claims brought against the society’s private members. 

Lucy specialises in clinical negligence and has experience of working at both Claimant and Defendant practices handling a wide variety of cases including birth injuries, orthopaedics, spinal injuries, plastic surgery and fatal accident claims, to name a few.
