Position

Danielle Reece-Greenhalgh acts for individuals under investigation by all UK enforcement authorities, with particular expertise in serious general crime and extradition. In her busy general criminal practice, Danielle has significant experience in acting for youths and vulnerable individuals, and high-profile clients under investigation for sexual offences and domestic abuse (particularly controlling or coercive behaviour). She also has recent significant experience representing clients engaged in public inquiries.

Danielle frequently works on cases with international or cross-border elements. She is regularly involved in defending individuals subject to extradition requests at first instance and on appeal. She has associated expertise in applying for the removal of INTERPOL Red Notices on the basis of political persecution or human rights breaches. Recent case highlights have involved Russia, the USA, Ecuador and the UAE.
